Blending Process
- Blending begins with only one or two ingredients at a time
- Each ingredient is tasted separately. This sensory gauge helps identify if the ingredient can work in a blend or not.
- Ingredients of similar density and size are used to avoid re-blending.
- While blending spices, they are crushed and then mixed with the choice of tea.
- Individual petals or small buds are chosen over whole or dried flowers.
- Dried fruits are chopped to the same size.
